Export Mailbox to pst file On Exchange server 2003 with exmerge.exe

1. Download exmerge.exe with other files included in the package from microsoft website

2. Once downloaded execute and it will extract 4 files, please extract this files to folder C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin

3. Run Exmerge.exe then click Next

4. Then Choose extract or import with two procedure then click Next

5. Choose one if we want to extract data from exchange mailbox or the the second one if we want to import mailbox into exchange server then click next

6. Fill in your Exchange server name, this is your Server name. and leave the last two field empty then click next to continue

7. Choose the mailbox that you want to export then click Next
Run Exmerge

8. Leave it English then click next
Run Exmerge

9. Click Change folder to specify where the pst file will be exported and then click Next to export the mailbox.

10. Last thing if you want tosave the setting or chang the file name otherwise click Next to end this.

In my case i have encountered with an error this is because i did not add full permission my account to the mailbox that i want to export. make sure you done this for successfull Export. success..
